At Wayne City High School, LaVonne Fenton is a janitor. He has to clean and maintain a building. He worked as a janitor at Wayne City for 15 years.

He defines his job as being “easy and interesting” 
When asked why he chose to do this job, he answered that it is because the dust bothers him. For him, the main advantage to be janitor in a school is the contact with the children and their presences in the school.

LaVonne Fenton is someone who is hardworking kind of person and he likes having the ability to communicate with people, two qualities which seem to him essential to be janitor.
