We have all made some horrible fashion mistakes at one time or another. Whether it was a couple years ago, a month ago, or maybe just last week, but we all know the worst mistakes we made were when we were younger. Sometimes our parents would dress us and sometimes we would dress ourselves in what we thought was the latest fashion.

A few of the Wayne City High School students were asked about some of their worst fashion mistakes they made when they were younger. Senior, Quinn Kidd said, “When I was younger I had a Mary Kate and Ashley poncho that I wore all the time because I thought it was awesome, I also use to wear gauchos, and I had a pair of paintball splattered socks from Justice.” Sophomore Bryleigh Matthews said, “I use to wear jean shorts with leggings underneath and my hair in a really low ponytail.” Kylee Keele, also a sophomore said, “I use to wear really tall socks and then roll them all the way down. I did this until I was in like fifth grade because my mom thought it was cute.”

When asking these girls why they wore these crazy outfits, they all said they thought it was so cool at the time, and it used to be “the style”. Thinking back at all the crazy outfits we all used to wear can be quite embarrassing, just think what we are going to think about our outfits we are wearing now when looking back in a few years.
