Enrico Carbonetti

Teenage stress is common between all students. The stress is caused by many reasons, especially for the students which are stressed by the school. Most teens experience more stress when they perceive a situation as dangerous, difficult, or painful and they do not have the resources to cope. Some sources of stress for teens might include: bad grades at school, break of relationships, doing too many things, outside of school, etc.

The stress may occur over time or it may occur just for a short period. Students  can control the stress with their mind, and when they think to it is over, they can relax and calm down. To cope with teenage stress, some researchers found out that to get over it, teenagers have to: exercise and eat regularly, avoid drugs, alcohol and tobacco, and take a break from stressful situations. Breaks can include listening to music, drawing, painting, talking with a friend. Sometimes sleep can even help students to feel better.
