The FFA has gone on another trip. They traveled to Indianapolis Indiana for the 92nd annual FFA National Convention. The officers took off Wednesday morning and stayed until Saturday afternoon. All nine officers and FFA advisor, Jennifer Ehrhart stayed all four days. Thursday morning, another bus headed to the big city, this one carrying sixteen more members and four adults.  There were endless choices of activities to do at the convention. From walking through the FFA Mega Store shopping in a nearby mall to dodging pedestrians on the sidewalk while driving full speed on a scooter, the Wayne City FFA Chapter had no trouble staying busy. Another thing they found themselves doing quite often was eating. While attending four days, the officers ate at many great restaurants including Fujiyama and Texas Roadhouse. When asked to name her favorite moment in her last convention senior Avery Seidel said, “It was a bitter sweet trip I love all the people I went with and I think everyone had a great time.”  There were over 60,000 kids at convention from every state and territory including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands but that the kids of Wayne City left their mark on the big city.
