  • Jersey- “The jersey I wear is important to me because it shows who I play for and I also get the opportunity to share the same number as my dad.”
  • Glove- “I like using my specific glove because it was the same one my brother used and it makes me feel as if he is with me for every pitch.”
  • Helmet- “ As much as I get hit in the head, I enjoy having something in front of me that is extra sturdy.”
  • Chest Protector- “This is possibly the second most important because it protects my heart, but too bad it doesn’t protect it from heart breaks.”
  • Shin Protector- “These are important because I high jump, so my legs are very important for me.”
  • Cleats- “I am a very clumsy person. I usually fall a lot when I run, so cleats help me to not slide around everywhere. As long as I have my metal cleats, which stick in the ground when I run, I should not fall as much.”
